GUANGZHOU MOFAR TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Mofar) was established in 2008. Our headquarter is in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, China. We own the modernized workshop and office, with a total construction area of 80, 000 square meters. We have more than 400 employees and the world-class production lines. There are 15 fully automatic PP spunbond production lines, including four 160cm wide S production lines, three 240cm wide S production lines, one 320cm wide S production line, three 320cm wide SS production lines, one 320cm wide SSS production line, one 320cm wide SMS production line, one 320cm wide SMMS production line, one 320cm wide SSMMS production line, as well as ten 160cm wide medical grade melt-blown fabric production lines and ten 320cm wide surgical grade melt-blown fabric production lines. Our products has the characters of high strength, non-toxic and tasteless and efficient bacteria isolation, which can meet the different performance requirements of customers, such as, antistatic, anti alcohol, anti blood splash, flame retardant, water repellent and hydrophilic.
To improve the upstream and downstream industrial chain, Mofar has increased two 160 cm laminating permeability film production lines (mainly used for laminating permeability film and fabric through dotted glue), as well as the high-speed laminating machine, slitter and other supporting equipment.
Mofar has 8000 square meters one-million-level clean workshop and ten-thousand-level aseptic biochemical laboratory. There are 36 flat mask production lines and 28 stereo mask production lines. They can produce three million pieces of medical and surgical masks, 1.2 million pieces of N95 / KN95 / KF94 masks, 30, 000 pieces of coveralls, such as gown, operating gown, cap, shoe cover and other aseptic products.
Integrating the advantages of advanced technology and quality control management, we have our own non-woven fabric and melt blown fabric production lines to support. The raw materials can be self-sufficient, which is conducive to ensuring the stability of production and product quality.
